Before submitting a claim, please locate the label on your lamp. It is always placed on the underside of the lamp base. This label contains important product information, including the lot number, which we need in order to process your claim.
Lamps equipped with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery maintain peak performance for approximately 600 to 800 charge/discharge cycles, depending on the model. Beyond this threshold, a reduction in battery life is normal and expected — the same phenomenon you’re already familiar with from your smartphone: after a couple of years of daily charging, it simply doesn’t hold a charge as long as it used to. It is not a defect, but the natural evolution of lithium battery technology. When you notice a drop in performance, simply order a replacement battery from us: we’ll ship it immediately. Battery replacement is not covered by warranty and is always chargeable, regardless of the lamp’s age.
